  • Application data: passport details, travel dates, photos, supporting documents.
  • Payment data: processed by PCI-compliant payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, for analytics and security.

How we use your data

  • Process and submit visa applications on your behalf.
  • Provide customer support and status updates.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Improve our products and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We share data only with: government embassies/consulates, VFS or equivalent visa service providers, courier partners, payment processors, and our authorized staff — all under strict confidentiality.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data retention

Application data is retained for up to 7 years to comply with legal and audit requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
