Welcome to VideshGo, a product of Vacazoo Travel Private Limited (CIN: U52291GJ2023PTC145982). By accessing or using our website at videshgo.com ("Platform") or any of our services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. Definitions "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" – Vacazoo Travel Private Limited, operating as VideshGo. "User", "You", "Your" – Any individual or entity accessing or using our Platform or Services. "Application" – A visa application submitted through our Platform. "Embassy / Authority" – The relevant foreign embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of any country. "Service Fee" – The fee charged by VideshGo for assistance, documentation review, and processing support (separate from government/visa fees).
  2. Nature of Services 2.1 VideshGo is a visa assistance and documentation service. We are not a government agency, consulate, or official immigration authority. We facilitate visa applications on behalf of applicants.

2.2 We help you prepare, review, and submit visa documents and applications. The ultimate decision to grant or reject a visa rests entirely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

2.3 VideshGo does not guarantee visa approval. Submission of an application through our platform does not guarantee issuance of a visa, entry into any country, or travel clearance.

2.4 Processing timelines mentioned on our platform are indicative estimates only. Actual processing times are determined solely by the relevant embassy or authority and are subject to change without notice.

2.5 You acknowledge that embassies reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct interviews, or reject applications without providing reasons. VideshGo is not liable for any such decisions.

  1. User Responsibilities 3.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using our Services. Submission of false or misleading information may result in visa rejection, legal consequences, and termination of your access to our platform.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring your passport, photographs, and all supporting documents meet the requirements of the destination country's embassy.

3.3 You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

3.4 You acknowledge that visa requirements, fees, and procedures are subject to change by embassies without prior notice. VideshGo makes reasonable efforts to keep information updated but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

  1. Fees and Payments 4.1 Our Service Fee is payable at the time of placing an order on our Platform and is non-refundable once document processing has commenced, except as specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4.2 Government visa fees (consulate fees, VFS fees, etc.) are separate from our Service Fee. These fees are collected and remitted to the respective authorities and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.3 All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  1. Intellectual Property 5.1 All content on the VideshGo Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Vacazoo Travel Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Platform without prior written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability 6.1 VideshGo shall not be liable for any visa rejection, travel disruption, financial loss, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, except in cases of proven gross negligence on our part.

6.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the Service Fee actually paid by you for the specific application in question.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

7.2 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

  1. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
