Welcome to Arrival Pass. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Arrival Pass provides visa application assistance, document review, and submission support. We act as a facilitator; the granting authority of any visa is the issuing government.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the service through a legal guardian, to apply for a visa through Arrival Pass.
3. User obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Submit valid, unaltered supporting documents.
- Pay all applicable fees on time.
4. Fees and charges
All fees are displayed at checkout and include our service fee plus the embassy/government fee. Additional charges (courier, biometrics, premium processing) are disclosed before payment.
5. No guarantee of approval
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority. We do not guarantee approval of any visa application.
6. Limitation of liability
Arrival Pass is not liable for delays caused by embassies, missed travel, denied entry, or any indirect or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by Arrival Pass and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
