Refund and Cancellation Policy Last updated: June 2025

We at VideshGo are committed to transparency about our fee structure and refund practices. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Fee vs Government Fee Every order on VideshGo consists of two components:

VideshGo Service Fee: Charged for our document review, processing assistance, and support services. Government / Embassy / Consulate / VFS Fee: Paid to the respective authority. This is completely non-refundable under any circumstances once submitted. 2. Cancellation by the User Stage of Application Refund on Service Fee Cancelled before document submission to VideshGo 100% refund of Service Fee Cancelled after document submission but before embassy submission 50% refund of Service Fee Cancelled after submission to embassy / authority No refund on Service Fee Government/embassy fees are non-refundable at all stages. 3. Visa Rejection 3.1 VideshGo does not provide refunds of the Service Fee in the event of a visa rejection by the embassy, as our service is of assistance and facilitation, not of outcome guarantee.

3.2 Government fees paid to embassies or consulates are entirely non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by VideshGo.

3.3 If a rejection is caused due to a proven error on our part (e.g., incorrect form submission, wrong document filed), we will reprocess your application at no additional Service Fee.

4. Visa Approval but Travel Cancelled If your visa has been approved but you choose not to travel, no refund is applicable on either the Service Fee or government fees.

5. Service Non-Delivery by VideshGo If VideshGo fails to submit your application within the committed timeline due to reasons solely attributable to us, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Service Fee. Government fees remain non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund To request a cancellation or refund:

Email us at info@videshgo.com with your Application Reference Number. State the reason for cancellation/refund request. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 7. Payment Security Payments are processed through secure RBI-authorized payment partners. VideshGo does not store card details or banking credentials on its servers.
