Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident when applying for a visa with Arrival Pass.

Service fee refunds

  • Before document submission to embassy: 100% refund of our service fee on request.
  • After document review but before submission: 50% refund of our service fee.
  • After submission to embassy: Service fee is non-refundable, as work has already been performed.

Embassy & government fees

Fees paid to embassies, consulates, or VFS centers are non-refundable once paid, as per government rules.

Money-back guarantee

If we fail to submit your application to the embassy within the promised processing window (and the delay is not caused by you or the embassy), we refund 100% of our service fee.

Visa rejection

Visa decisions are made solely by the issuing government. A rejection does not entitle you to a refund of embassy fees. Our service fee remains payable as the work was performed.

How to request a refund

Email support@arrivalpass.com with your application ID. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your application from your dashboard before submission. Refunds will follow the schedule above.
